This site is about pornographic chat and is meant for adults only. Continue only if you are 18 or older and adult content is legal where you are.
Characters in AI chats are fictional adults. No real person appears on this site, and nothing here is user-uploaded.For adults, pornographic chat is legal in most countries. The details that matter are the exceptions — who may take part, what may never be shared, and the age-check laws now spreading across the UK, US and Europe. This is general information, not legal advice.

In most of the world, explicit conversation between consenting adults — typed, on camera or with an AI — is legal. There is no general law against it in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia or the EU.
There are three important qualifications:
Two points are often misunderstood:
In many countries — including the UK, Canada and Australia — the ban on sexual content involving minors also covers drawn, written, animated and AI-generated material. “It was only role-play” or “the AI said she was 18” is not a defence. Reputable platforms block this at the filter level for that reason.
Sending explicit images to someone who did not consent is a specific offence in a growing number of places, including England and Wales. Consent to chat is not consent to images.
The biggest legal change in recent years has been aimed at the sites themselves: they must now check that users are adults with more than a “Yes, I am 18” button.
| Where | What the law requires |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Under the Online Safety Act, sites with pornographic content must use “highly effective” age checks; enforcement began on 25 July 2025. |
| United States | No federal rule, but around half of the states have passed age-verification laws for adult sites. The US Supreme Court upheld Texas’s law in June 2025. |
| European Union | Rules are set country by country; France, for example, requires adult sites to verify age under its regulator Arcom. |
Typical methods are an ID document check, a face-based age estimate, or verification through a bank or mobile provider. Done properly, the check is run by a specialist provider and the site only learns “over 18: yes”.
Watch for fakes: a legitimate age check happens on the site or through a provider it links to. A stranger in a chat sending you a link to “verify your age” with a card is a scam.

AI chat with fictional adult characters is treated like any other adult content. Where the law has moved fast is real people:
The practical rule is simple: fictional characters only. That is also why reputable AI porn chat platforms refuse characters modelled on real people.
For the practical side of staying safe, the anonymous porn chat guide covers privacy and what to do if someone threatens you.

Yes, for adults. Since 25 July 2025 the Online Safety Act requires sites with pornographic content to use highly effective age checks, such as ID or face-estimate checks.

Because the law where you are requires it. A legitimate check runs on the site or through a provider it links to. A request for ID or card details from a chat partner is a scam.
Between consenting adults, generally no. Sending them to someone who did not ask for them is an offence in a growing number of places, and sharing someone else’s images without consent is illegal almost everywhere.
